A daylong gathering for people of Asian heritage to deepen their relationship to the Dharma in a supportive community
Inspired by Rev. Liên’s book, Home is Here: Practicing Antiracism with the Engaged Eightfold Path, and Chenxing’s book, Be the Refuge: Raising the Voices of Asian American Buddhists, our daylong will weave together a range of teachings and practices. In addition to meditation, chanting, and other somatic and creative practices, there will be ample time for dyadic conversation and group sharing. Together, we will cultivate the possibility that “home is here, refuge is now.”
Anyone of Asian heritage (including Central, East, North, South, Southeast, and West Asian heritage) is warmly welcome to join.
Please refer to Spirit Rock’s sliding scale to complete your registration.
