A hybrid 1-day workshop with Rev. Liên Shutt on bell hooks’ “all about love” supported by the 4 Bramaviharas.

We all want love.

And, having and holding love and loving feelings can be challenging. Let’s explore how love can be expressed when expressed in conjunction with the qualities of the Four Divine States of Equanimity, Kindness, Compassion, and Inclusive Joy.

The course will be framed by short readings from bell hooks’ “all about love: new visions”, offering a blend of fierce feminist social critique that asks us to transform our challenges into strength, manifesting the love and caring we want in our lives.

***Open to PGM (People of the Global Majority) and to all expressions of love (friends, partners, siblings, parent/child, roommates, etc.)
